An interesting trip to Green Canyon is recommended for all those who like relaxation, beautiful views and don't like long bus rides. It is ideal for families with children. The trip starts at the lower Manavgat River, along which we drive to a huge dam . At 185 m high, it is one of the highest in Turkey. We will be driven up to the top of this dam to the observation point where we can enjoy spectacular views of the reservoir, mountains and surroundings. It is a man-made mountain lake on the Manavgat River and is the only dam in the world that catamarans can sail on. On the Green Canyon boat ride we paddle through the Small and Large Canyon, see the submerged trees and reach the starting point of the Manavgat River. The programme also includes swimming and sunbathing breaks on specially created islands on the lake. You will have the opportunity to fish for river trout, which are then cooked for you in a delicious manner. Lunch will be served in a restaurant with a picturesque view of the canyon.
